I had the same issue.. I tried "FencesCrashOffNew", and that didn't work. Then tried "FencesStopDropBox2", and so far it's been 6 hours, and it looks like the issue is gone. Thank you, sdRohan
If I rename an Icon, on the next reboot, the icon is gone from fences. After a quick search (unlocking fences and moving fence groups), I will find the icon hidden under one of the Fence groups.

When I turn on Auto Arrange, about 10+ icons move from the groups to the open desktop..
I tried restarting Windows Explorer, and it didn't work. Still have overlaps. I also noticed that once in a while I get the Shortcut arrows, even though I have that disabled.
I have Windows 10 & Fences v2.13, and noticed that sometimes when I reboot some icons overlap other icons in the same group. In order to fix the issue, I have to move all the icons to the open desktop area, and then place them back into the group one at a time. Fences is locked. Align to grid is off Auto Arrange is off. Is there a fix for this issue ? Thank you.
