I found an interesting thing. I got the LogonStudio Vista from Impulse, no luck getting it to run on Vista Ultimate 32bit. I the tried to install the version from download.com. And it works flawless! When I start Impulse now it asks me to upgrade from version 1.00.002 to 1.00.003, which I obviously won't do. There are apparently some changes made between the versions that stops them from running on my machine at least.
UPX will actually not generate smaller downloads in general, since the zip compression can't compress UPX compressed files much further. But as a developer it's always nice to present a small .exe, right? ;) Is there any chance of getting on your team of beta-testers? ~SDC~
