I was talking about DesktopX in the Library.

I have Windows XP, in the start of the installation it says, "To upgrade an existing WindowBlinds......" so is that the upgrade version? Second, after I install it, I reboot. Then I go to this website to download a new skin from DesktopX. After I unzip it, it's just a file. What do I do with the file?

I don't think I downloaded the right version, when I installed it, it said "To upgrade" so I think i have a upgrade install program.

I downloaded the WB4 the trail and when I download a new skins from here, it's just a file. Where do I put that file?
