Uuups - and YES it is the regional setting glitch. I didn't see the crazy characters so I thought it couldn't be this known bug. Very strange

Hello! I have the problem that I don't see any planets graphics as known from other screenshots. Look at this picture to see, what I mean: My machine is running with Win2k SP4, DirectX 9.0c. My video card is an GForce FX5600 running the newest driver (forceware 84.21). Any ideas? Thanks in advance!
