I haven't been able to get in a single multiplayer game today, after trying several times over 2 hours. One of the following will occur: 1. System freezes when making menu selections 2. You should be able to solo up to 4 others, so obviously you're doing something wrong. Right. Rankings - Is it too much to ask... in Demigod Demigod Forums

Rankings are broken. Not news, we all know this by now. It's annoying, the devs will fix it, more imprtant issues to resolve first - all well and good. But, would it be too much to ask that once in a while, one of my LOSSES doesn't make the list? Or for one of my losses to register as a WIN? The system doesn't seem to mind working against me, tarnishing my glory. I'm starting to think it's personal, like the rankings page is out to get me. Or maybe I just need to

I think the original poster's concern was not that Erebus can stay misted forever with the right build. It's that he can stay misted forever at a choke point and pinning enemy creeps, since they stop to fight his nightwalkers. At endgame, there is no way to counter this. Sure, Erebus is basically out of commission, but so are the enemy creeps. More than a fair trade. As I've said before, I think the best way to fix this fairly is not to nerf Mist itself, but simply make

Excellent, thanks for the info! That makes sense. All this time I was buying the plenor battlecrown (+1575 mana +70% mana/sec) thinking it was more of a boost than the Vlemish Faceguard (+1050 mana +11 mana/sec. and 4/sec aura.) Erubus at lvl 1 starts with 2.45/sec regen. Plenor raises that to a whopping 4.16/sec, versus Vlemish which raised it to a paltry 17.45/sec. No wonder I've always had early game mana problems! The way I would fix it - IF it needed to be fixed - is to leave the Mist effect alone, and simply take away the ability to spawn nightwalkers. That would leave creeps free to pass through the mist. (taking damage on the way, of course.)

There are LOTS of items and stats for health and mana regeneration. The plus # per second is pretty obvious, but what exactly do plus % per second items do? Also, Is there any way to know what your current regen rates are?

Yep, I've seen two problems related to rankings. Many of my games go unranked (mostly my wins, apparently. Losses seem to show up!) and some of my wins are recorded as losses. (This only seems to happen when one or more from the other team quits.) I'm sure Stardock will fix it, but it really is frustrating. And misleading, since I like to check rankings of people I'm playing with/against, but can't trust the results.
