Ellestar Interesting. I usually only use the manual as a quick reference. Can't remember the last time I actually read one. I agree with you on the forum though. IMO, that's were the really pertinent info is.

Fear not. I'm in the middle of a Gigantic/Normal game right now, and am going for the tech win. I'm about 60% there, but the other races are trying their damnedest to make sure I don't survive to see the "Final Frontier".
The game is great, the customer support is fantastic, and the community, generally, is one of the most helpful I've seen. GalCiv is one of the best computer gaming experiences I've had in the last 10 years. Kudos to all involved.
