help for translation in Ashes of the Singularity

I find C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Ashes of the Singularity Escalation\Assets\UIText And I change Text.csv but it only Enlish will be working.I can change large to L,middle to M,small to S.but when I change large to 大.it will be (show such as 1/4&&&......)wrong in the game. how to change it in right.

Now,we have six languages,but do not have Chinese. Do we have any plans to add Chinese?Such as plan to contact Chinese translation team for outsourcing text translation.Or maybe we can use Chinese by MOD,Community translation? A setting for Ultra bug in Ashes Bugs and Ideas

when I choose the shadow quality,terrain object quality,terrain shading samples for Ultra.The game tell me restart to use them.But when I restart and back to setting ,they all in high,not ultra.Even I use NVIDIA GeForce Experience.How can I use Ultra.My card is GTX1080.Not PC old.
