Need to hire a skinner in Los Angeles/Pasadena - good pay in OS Customization WinCustomize Forums

We are about to begin a project where we need an interface skinned and we need someone good - really good. This would be a two week assignment to create two versions of a skin - using style sheets and images to create the interface. There will be additional skins later on as well - we'd like to create 5 or 6 total.
