Stardock ForumsI just got the game, and I am having trouble finding the screen where one can tweak the ablities. I have passed the screen at the start where I accolate 10 points to research and defense, and so forth. However, the manuel say I should have an extra 20 points to spend on such things as planet quality. How do I get access to these points. Thanks in advance.
