Add me to the list of folks who want to see the automatic wallpaper changing back in WB7. I'm reluctant to install the next upgrade because it will force the changing off (which is still going with the list I had when I "upgraded" to WB7).
I was having this same problem after installing the latest (non-beta) Icon Packager 3 release. Some icons had a default icon, and I could not drag them off the dock or drag new ones on. Any attempt to select a new icon, install a new item on the dock, or work with the dock entry properties caused OD to hang. Uninstalling the iprepair.dll has solved the problem for now. Brian Minsker
