I would like to see: 1) Ability to build capital ships on starbases with constructors. For example excalibur costs 3000 production points, so you normaly have only few planets that can built it faster than 30 turns. But in huge galaxy, you have many planets that can build constructor in less than 5 turns. So you build for example 20 constructors and send them to starbase to build one excalibur. There should be a penalty for this, like in example: constructor costs 200 points x 20
