Stardock ForumsI have 1.03A.057 and have twice seen a problem with the Bridge/Advisor panel when the UI switches to good. It still has the neutral UI and doesn't refresh with new info (all the info keeps writing over the old so it becomes unreadable). The only way to fix it is save, quit the game, and then restart and reload.
