I agree with you a bit on this one Mikimouse. I think if Spains electorate does not wish to support us then the Govenment should go along with their desire. I do not mind that our government pushes a publicity campaign tellt he Spanish people how faulty the logic may be, but I don't think we shoudl pressure the goverment of Spain to act against the wishes of its people. I wish I had cable so I could have caught the piece as it looks very interesting. I have to agree that it is very difficult to separate out emotional rections from intellectual ones. Often one leads to another so it become very hard to say which was the root cause of any decision. I would take the study with a grain of salt though as brain area mapping is still one of those areas of study where what one scientist holds to be unequivocally proven today
