For future reference, it turned out that I had two accounts connected to the same e-mail. This caused this issue, but was resolved by support.

I do not know, but I can test the alpha just fine and during the first start-up I connected it to my Stardock account. However, I do not seem to get my Founder badge, nor can I log into the vault or name a star. This is starting to be a bit worrying, as I cannot find anything in my Stardock account that I actually have bought the Founder Elite GalCiv3. As said, the game works perfect when I start it in Steam.

I have the same problem. I have GalCiv3 on Steam but I cannot get my benefits as a Founder. What to do?
