it is in that format it goes two letters then 6 numbers then 2letters and a number then number letter number 4 letters and 3 numbers on the end

Hey I just bought this game and when I enter the key from the back of the cd in caps and small letters with dashes and no dashes it says it dont compute HELO >:( >:( >:( >:(
