You have to have a little espionage going. When you are at the diplomatic screen (I dont have the game up so I cant give you exact names) where all the empires are listed, there are two slide bars at the bottom; slide the espionage bar over a few clicks and you will start spying on that empire. In my opinion this is good for one reason: Not getting that darn 'Your diplomat slept with the Emperors daughter and got her pregnant, then fled the system; we are now going to war with you'

I juust read the Jedi Republic Star and have realized how far we have come from The Republic. I remember when certain members of other empires taunted us trying the keep the Jedi down, but boy, we really showed them. For all you Jedi who helped us get this far, thank you. And thanks to all the other people of the various empires for all the tips and little tid-bits of knowledge you have given us over time.

I also had a problem on Friday. I was playing a game, beat it with an Alliance victory, submitted it, and it showed up in my Metaverse profile, then restored a saved version of the same game and beat it with a Military victory, submitted it, and the Alliance victory disappeared and was replaced with the Military victory. This is the first time I have played a game that uses this kind of security and I personally think it is great. When I put on my laptop or desktop, I dont have to find/look for the serial number, just enter my email address and password and whalaa, game updates and patches and no cd required to play! Doh! I know they had at least 10 more than me before I stopped spending so much on it. I also got the infamous disappearing ship bug again. I wonder why that still happens. OK fellow Jedi and others, I have a couple of questions for you. First off, I am in the middle of a game, allied to the Altarians and Torians, all other's have been taken out except for one minor (I eat up the minors as the appear); I am dumping over 700 bc in espionage on the Altarians for many, many years and do not get anything.
