I know where the alignment events are, but I can't find where the other events are stored. You know, the Dread Lord events and the other minor events that don't provide you with a direct choice.

I think that, once I've won a game, I should be able to continue playing. So far, all the games I've won have been culture victories that happened right out of the blue. This was one of my favorite features in Civ.
