Have same issue. But I am on a domain and can't\wont change require password to login.

run on startup\lock screen in DeskScapes Stardock Forums

Is it possible for Deskscape to start up when I log into my session? Even when my machine comes back from being locked I am presented with a black screen and have to reapply the settings. Is this by design? I am on Windows 10 Pro
