To All -- The other day after my initial post I did some additional research on this whole issue. As a result of some of this investigation, I'm not sure it's necessarily a "bug" per say with Fences, but, an issue with a Windows feature that is triggering this, and as a result Fences is restoring to what it believes was the original state of things, but the underlying setup of the monitors has been changed by Windows, and why the fences don't restore to the original

I think I'm experiencing a similar problem. I have a 4K and a 1080p monitor setup. After the computer goes to sleep and comes back again, I don't have an issue with icons and issues with Fences and how it performs overall, however, the monitors flip flop all the fences. So the fences that were on my primary monitor (1080) are now on the secondary monitor (4K), and visa versa. Again, as you had indicated, the only way I can get this to resolve itself is to
