your specs are fine, check windows update manually, Google Directx Runtime web installer, and reinstal the graphics driver, it might help also type : dxdiag in the bottom left corner search bar, and run it, it will show if you are running DX12 or not you have more than enough power
i am having trouble using the camera controls to view the horizon tried holding the shift key but i must be doing something wrong, any suggestions ? thanks
