I just finished a game (v1.4) in which I saw the oddest rankings for the treasury of the remaining races. The Drengin were ranked #1 with -431BC. The Arcean were ranked #3 with +370BC. I had the number 2 ranking, with 5149BC. Is this a bug, or is the treasury ranking related to something else besides the actual amount in the treasury?
No replies to this in over a week.... I'm still curious about this though, so does anyone have any ideas? How can I verify that the AI is paying enough ship maintenance?
If I understand correctly, you can see how much you are spending on ship maintenance by putting the military slider at zero. What ever is left over is maintenance. If you spy on another race, you can see how much they are spending on their military, though of course you can't see how much of that is maintenance.
