incompetence in Skinning WinCustomize Forums

I am new to this community and am not sure who to direct this to so, for everyone and anyone. I've searched for a good horror/occult skin everywhere and have come up short. I wanted to creat one myself but alas my incomeptence of photoshop, and windowblinds is really slowing me down. Heres the thing. I have put up two links to loosely show my concept for the start menu.
