technopola ... what are you wanting to download?? Paul Blissett just press the button on your keyboard that says "print scr" then open ms paint or something similar and paste the image from the clipboard.
The only thing I can suggest is to use a graphics editor like PS7 or something similar, find the image in the skin that has the animation. It'll probably have 8-12 image states side by side, crop the image down to just one state and save it back to your skin folder. Then you have to open skinstudio find the image and change the states from whatever the setting is to 1. I'm no expert but learning little things will get you on your way to making your own skins. Look in the systray open the WB config scroll to the WB you want to load if it has a subskin with a compact start menu there will be a window under "apply this skin now" scroll to the compact start menu version and apply. Try using the WB config for applying and changing your skins to get used to it, it work well.

to be honest with you, I wouldn't use anything you have uploaded. I think you're doing ok though. Try to think about the quality of your work as opposed to the quantity. It doesn't matter how many uploads you have if nobody wants to use them. Take your time get it RIGHT the graphics are everything. Make them crisp clean and visually appealing.
