@ JohnHusky Mine is also different to your problem. I get permenant flickering artifacts that cover about 15-20% of the map in DX11. @ Zarrex Thanks for mentioning the repair option, unfortunately it was unsuccessful for me

I figured out how to get just a single instance of the game to open and not surprisingly it didn't affect the artifacts in the DX11 version.The DX12 version is still very slow to start (4-5 minutes) though compared to the DX11 version. Let me know where Steam/AotS screenshots are saved if you want them. AMD drivers in Device Manager are shown as version 15.301.1801.1001 dated 03/02/2016. I don't know if it means anything but the GPU fans are also running

No, just stock settings on CPU, GPU and memory. I have gone into the Steam folder and created two shortcuts on the desktop to Ashes_DX11.exe and Ashes_DX12.exe . Whenever I click on either of them I get two instances of the game starting up. Checking the benchmark one is running on DX11 and the other DX12. Naturally this makes starting the game very slow but I don't think this is related to the artifacts. .. thinking about it the double instance i

I downloaded the game via Steam yesterday and it was fine to start with. After about 5 hours of play I now get blue graphical artifacts flickering all over the screen. It still works but is pretty much unplayable due to the graphical issues in DX11. I took some screenshots but I couln't find where they are saved to. The following are all greyed out: Power regulator, Orbital Fabricator, Energy Projector, Weapons Lab and Orbital Command. I am missing something! Hopefully once I get one the others will fall into place.
