Hey, I had exactly the same issue. Also I could not use the newest Nvidia-Drivers. Game would not start or crash, except a few. So i was forced to use older drivers to play my games. But I had the same issues in AoS and low FPS. The solution for me: I tried to manually update my Windows 7. But i got an error massage. I googled and manually installed the Windows Update Manage (or something like that) after that I manually installed Windows 7 Service Pack
