No suitable decoder found in DeskScapes Stardock Forums

Hi, I use the latest version of win10 and purchased DeskScapes 10. On most screen savers I try to install I am getting the error message : "No suitable decoder found". The Mpeg 2 decoder is installed. Thanks Peter
