werewolf, thank you.... those I did delete as well as add/remove and anything I could think of but I apparently left things behind that I'm not familiar with...... so now I'm on a mission to 'hunt and destroy' all traces'!!

webgizmos- thank you for the heads-up. If it's not too much trouble where would I get the uninstaller and reg cleaner? Did you use the Norton products that cybeworld mentioned or a different company. If you have a link I'd appreciate it, thanks, again!

Thanks, Cyberworld, at this point I am desperate..... I'll try anything! I'll go to Norton and see if I can find the programs you speak of and maybe it will work. Weather it works or not I appreciate the suggestion. This me at this point!

HELP!! I'm at my wits end with my Incredimail.... I've used it for over a year and half and never had problems until about a month ago. Something corrupted the dictionaries and since then it highlights everything as misspelled no mater what language I'm using...... at any rate, the support people are clueless. I'd like to see a larger smiley selection..... like the ones at 'Skinartistry Skinzone'..... and the 'nanas' like Essencay's dancing one. The one I miss most is the 'laughing smiley' from the old WC.... I don't know why but that one made me laugh everytime I saw it.

Hippie, I'm with you, I miss the 60's....... Woodstock, close to half a million people together for days and no violence, some of the greatest bands on stage.... oh the nostalgia!! Now people try to kill each other over a basketball game!! I can only imagine what would happen if they tried to have that many people together in one place today.... they'd run out of body bags!! Oh well, at least we have the memories of a more pleasant time.

If you're making the changes through IE try doing it through SDC.... that's the only thing that worked for me. If I try doing it through IE it still keeps putting me in the same loop.
