Considering that you are selling a product that won't install on many machines - I would expect that you would investigate why and correct your install problem. I and my wife are very familiar with computers (my wife is a network specialist and one of my degrees is in computer science). As for my machine - I am running 98SE. When is this problem going to be fixed. There seems to be no effort or response and this is a MAJOR issue. Luckily I have 3 computers, however, the only one it works on is the one that is not connected to the cable modem (and router). >:(
