My buddy finally got the game and is running into the same problem. Reset his password and the whole bit, but nothing. Seems that the game may not be registering correctly with his account so likely takes someone at tech support to manually input it. Problem is he's ticked and doesn't want to play now, and our once in a blue moon gaming time was today. :( Anyhow, sounds like an issue more with Stardock than Elemental.

Hello all. How do I verify that the name I am submitting under is the same as my account, including email address. I had registered on this site before I bought the game, but had to reregister under a different email when I did buy it because the registration wouldn't accept my old galciv password. So far I've tried to post at least five games with no success. The site does show my team, but doesn't show my name anywhere other than the top right hand corner of the window next to the logoff.
