oh get a grip aecian. the number of people who care about social production ability not doing what it doesn't do is about the same as the number of people who cared that Pirates didn't let you trade Tobacco. what's important to you isn't important to everyone else automatically. you sound like the type of guy who was on the civ4 forums screaming that automated workers would undo what the player had built on their land while tens of thousands of players couldn't even play it because

Was visitng GameRankings.com to see if there were any new galciv 2 reviews. while there i saw that the user voting was only 8.4. you can see that over on the right side of the page. 8.4? that seemed a bit low. so i looked at the votes. a few people trashed it with 1s. that's not being fair.that's just being malicious. even if galciv isn't your type of game, a 1? that's ridiculous. the problem with a 1 is that it takes a dozen people giving it a 10 to bring the

Ugly cow wins the "Dumbass" post of the week. on an unrelated note I saw This release wasn't as smooth as Civ IV's, but civ 4's release was a disaster. out of the box it didn't run on almost any ati cards. they fixed it within a few days. but copared to the civ 4 release, galciv 2 has been a paradise (http://civilization4.net

so stardock is looks like it's going to become a pretty major pc game developer. the game looks awesome. but it is also doing the retail publishing itself. even with all the confusion on collectors edition and non collectors edition, think about it, what other indies publish too? even id uses activision. valve used vivendi right? and is with ea now? stardock's independent the entire cycle. indie dev and self publishing a major game. i wonder if it gives hope to o

renegade read carefully what is being said: response #12 by atrocities: Space Empires is one of the most successful 4x games of this century. It has been King Of The Hill since 2000, and looks to be holding that title for many more years to come. followed by response #13 where he says that SE is the "undisputed" king of 4X.

i just got thinkdesk and am really loving it. multiplicity and keepsafe seem to be the furthest along. i havne't had time to play with thinksync yet. but at $45 you can't really go wrong. as for the naming, i have never heard of any ibm products called thinkdesk. the only ibm thing i know of that uses think in its name is thinkpad which is a laptop.

I guess you didn't grow up yet brad. A smart man would buy a cheaper, gas efficient car and be happy about it. Afterall you say you hardly ever drive, so why does it matter? The richest people I know all drive basic $8000-15,000 cars because that is smart, cars are a waste of money. I don't see what there is to prove to drive a c

does anyone know if anyone has ported the dashboard widgets over the desktopx? in particular i'm looking for them as individual widgets, not a theme. i'd love to show my mac using friends that the pc can do this stuff as well if not better and i want an apples and apples comparison; no pun intended.

what's really funny is based on how little activity is on that site that this thread is probably the most attention they've gotten in months. based on what i see from colussus, who seems to be trying to be reasonable, they really fundamentally don't get it. it makes me think that they don't understand what skinstudio is doing. the skin is still the skin. it's like getting mad that someone reads your word perfect doc in word.

Aaron: do you realize how ugly you sound? the game's designer went back and forth with you several times in lengthy posts trying to explain the cause of your problem only to have you arrogantly dismiss it and claim he was "delusional". and when you are proven wrong, do you apologize? no. you claim to be his boss and that they have bad support. how can you claim they have bad support? how many companies would provide you with such one on one service on

could the winamp people be any more cry-baby like? what a bunch of pampered little babies. there's what? 2X as many windowblinds skins as winamp skins and half those winamp skins are just classic. you don't see the wb skin authors bitching and moaning. i love how they blame it on stardock when nullsoft were the ones who did most of the judging. go bitch at them.

I was reading the comments on this site when I saw someone mention the US constitution. It does seem like lots of youngsters today have never read the Constitution. That is a shame for it was written some some of the greatest minds in history. It was a radical idea in 1789 and set forth a system of core laws for this nation to follow.

chichigirl can be summed up with this one quote from her: 5. Frogboy, You keep saying > Your missing the main issue - collaborations............. your wrong again, I helped 50-50 in making those skins and many more, I made "graphics", my "ideas", I did ALL the coloring, I did "coding in the USI files".......... so Please if your going to make any statements get th
