I loaded the same map again with no issues this time - after running ashes for 45 min I'm only running a temperature of ~60 degrees so I don't really think it was due to overheating. Anyway, its working now and I'll keep an eye on the temps - especially if it happens again.
Hi. I am running ashes on a laptop with a GTX 970M, 8GB RAM and a i7-4720HQ cpu @ 2.6GHz. When playing the ascendancy wars mission "Deneb - a new enemy", I notice that as soon as I encounter the first objective the game's frame rate drops significantly to the point of un-playability. It appears to be somehow related to a change in the way that the objective and selection circles are displayed, where they are sometimes displaying as pixelated rather than smooth. I a
