I do like the various interpretations of 'System Lords'. I might like it better if they weren't the false gods from Stargate - would we all have to talk in strange deep voices and fail to execute Colonel O'Neill when we get the chance? Maybe we should go back to an earlier idea and call it Civaholics Anonymous. The theme could be players who are hopelessly addicted to GalCiv and other strategy games. The two advantages are (a) we'd attract all the most active players, and (b) if any of our players retired, we could count that as a victory.
