I am new to customizing Windows and I'm using Systemetrix in combination with ObjectDock. I notice that, for instance, if I double click to empty my recycle bin in Systemtrix, CPU usage momentarily shoots up to 100. Turns out I installed TweakUI for NT workstations. Uninstalled that and got the right TweakUI (Powertoys) and it works great. One question: Is TweakUI for XP supposed to have an icon in the control panel? Thanks.

Is it possible to make ObjectDock pull up the start menu when you click a button? And is it possible to make a button bring up a list of programs? Thanks.
Thanks alot, that's it. Also, what program is used to have the weather and such on the screen? Is that Windowblinds? or some other app?
I've seen several screenshots of people with desktops with the big icons down the bottom in the center. I was curious what program did this. I know there are a bunch of shell replacement programs but which one usually uses this style? An example can be found here https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?searchtext=genie&sort=updatedate&order=Descending&library=30 Thanks.
