In game notepad! For years I've been waiting for a 4X game to let me keep notes (attack here, build this, keep eye on that) within the game. Sure, I can alt-tab and use windows notepad, but that's clunky and possibly crash-prone. Pencil and paper's the other option, but it seems crazy to do that when I've got a fully functioning keyboard right in front of me.
