Got one just now (04-20-2026) This one is for Fences 4. Sometime between now and the next couple of days, I'll get the Start 11 one. Looks exactly the same but name. DAD is not running on startup, and couldn't tell you when the last time it was used. I've tried in the past, to completely uninstall dad, leaving only fences, blinds, Start 11, and these things keep appearing. I see no tick box in fences about updating in any menu, only 'Check for updates' bu
I have been a Stardock customer for many years. I have yet to receive adequate support for an ongoing issue over the years. Problem: Having Stardock software installed for START 11 (or similar) , and FENCES (pick your ver.), or even maybe the DAD (as I remember it), Leads to an unbelievable amount of pop-ups every 12-24 hours from their software. When I don't have a current active sub
So I first came to this thread regarding this issue as per the topic title on: Reply #23 November 16, 2022 12:37:23 I was able to resolve the issue at one point, which involved some variation of: a) which monitor is plugged into which port b) which color profile is assigned to which monitor (though I'm not clear on this at this point in time now as to which/what should be set to which) I can provide the following info. 1) when I got it to
Ok will do but away atm. Will report back when I’ve had a chance. So this means it’s not a user adjustable setting?
So with windows blinds 11, and an earlier version any new window or app that opens, it cascades down diagonal right. is there a way to turn this off or lock it to the screen dimensions? As seen in this video, when I’m rendering hundreds of frames, and each frame is a new window (actually as it loads modules it cascades multiple times each frame. https://youtu.be/3KkAj6n6zQQ &nbs
I used to have this monitor swapping issue, still using Fences 3 btw. Also using Display Fusion and whatever I tried the issue prevailed. Also with other apps at times I had similar issues and while continuing to try and find a fix I stumbled on some info regards Windows 10 monitor ID profile (when checking Display settings for my 3 monitor set up) and the monitor ID profile for Windows Color Management are separate profiles. In my case

There are discussion in there suggested by other user to resolve the issue.Reply#14. Thanks Basj, Stardock Community Assistant.
Hello, and thank you. This worked wonderfully.
So I thought it was a fences 3 issue, so I just bought Fences 4 (object desktop actually) and it seems the issue is still present in the current version 5 years later. I set fences to store icon layout on a per monitor basis (but it's no different when not checked) . I have 3 monitors, with icons usually arranged across all 3 (but with this bug, I've forgotten what I put on the third monitor now). +It saves snap shots nicely. - restoring snap

I have another question. I have a number of models from the Daz website. I'm not sure how I can provide a link to my account page and purchased content without providing my user name and p/w for logging in (which obviously isn't going to happen) I could provide a screenshot of my DAZ account/content section, is it possible for me to upload that upon submission? Well thank you for the clarification. I suppose that means that a lot of my work will be kept to myself. edit: it does leave me wondering about how stringent it can be. I have a statue I purchased. I can take a photograph of it. I hold the rights to the photo I took. I could also use 123catch3d to create a 3 model with 60-70 photo's that I take of it. I would hold the rights to all the photo's since I to
ok first off the bottom reference for position was exactly right! huge thanx. As for AnimationLoop/AnimationGap.... something not right here 'AnimationLoop' for me, appears to be the number of frames to wait on load before starting the animation. 'AnimationGap' for me, appears to do nothing. Once the animation starts, it never pauses/stops it just keeps looping infinitely. so for me eye blink I have: ......<stron

Wow that helps alot! Thank you. most of what you mentioned I have tried at one point or another, but the 0.0 being referenced from the bottom rather than the top is most likely my issue. Thank you very much! At the very least it gives me something to try. Do you have any thoughts on the animations looping infinitely rather than obeying the settings? I'm concerned that it may be due to a 4 frame animation rather than something
I have read the guidelines submission thread. This issue is not addressed anywhere that I could see. I could not post my question there as the thread is locked. I have a question about the submission guidelines as it pertains to still images. I'm an amateur hobby artist, and frequently I find images that I like. Many times, they are "incomplete" for my imagined use. If it was a person for example, they may be missing an arm lets say. ei
