Stardock ForumsSince I like to hmmm..play with the Data files, I created another political party by copying the exact form of the Technologists and altering the research to 30% and not the sensor range. To my surprise when I started a new game with that political party ..every other major civ had the same +30% research ... should it work like this??? :notsure:
