Where can I set/check the primary monitor?

Downloads to dekstop going to secondary monitor in Fences Stardock Forums

I have dual monitors, with the following config: Whenever I download a file, like in Chrome, and target the desktop. The file ends up in the upper left corner of monitor 2, instead of in the first available position of monitor 1. Is there any way to change/fix this behavior?
