Tablet sales are down because a great number of people have them and don't feel the need to upgrade to a new one. More of a problem that everyone has one and will upgrade only when they really need to. Regarding Windows 10, it's a much better experience and I didn't hesitate updating all my PCs.

I'd recommend starting a support ticket. Use the Stardock Support tool . This will gather relevant information about your PC specs, settings, and save files. That will produce a .zip file which you can include with your support ticket which you can submit here .
We released a small hotfix patch today for Ashes of the Singularity, and the game will be updated via Steam. In this hotfix: AI more aggressive: AI fix where they would go to the center of the map instead of capturing points. Lobby filtering: Released versions of the game will no longer see dev versions in the lobby browser (and vice versa) Thanks for the feedback that's been given so far!
