stay on top button - who's got them/how to search in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

The stay on top button is very good! Tried to put that into a search but no good. Wat too many skins to go through looking though I have gone through a lot. Some state they include this and some don't. Is there a way to find out which authors include the stay on top? THNX for your help
