[Feature Request] Color fences according to current Windows accent color in Fences Stardock Forums

One cool thing about Windows 10 is that you can tell the system to automatically pick the Windows accent color (the color used for the taskbar, start menu, window borders, window title bars, highlighting, etc) according to the current desktop background. So, for example, if the desktop background is a picture of red roses, the accent color will be some shade of red to match it.
