I re-installed my windows, brand new installation. And it got fixed. No idea what the issue was.

I tried everything but it is still not working. I will try formatting my windows and see how it goes then.

I installed the latest version of Deskscape + ALL CODECS, I tried downloading new Skin/dream file and tried to set it as my desktop background(animated one) but it doesn't change the desktop background, and my desktop icons/files disappears - only fix is to do the Purge Clean method and re-install it, same issue is on repeat. Some works some not. I tried many different fixes - but nothing worked. I also applied everything in this topic: <a href="https://forums.wincustomize.com
