Thanks for the reply. Sounds like I could use something like that. "Something to get me started" sounds just right , also, the keyboard shortcut player aid sounds like it's worth it .

Hey all, I'm thinking of buying Galciv II Gold edition from the site here but the main reason for me getting the boxed edition would be the inclusion of a nice, thick, up to date printed manual. I know you get a PDF manual with the game and there's the whole wiki thing but I'd like to be able to look up stuff while playing without alt-tabbing (especially 'cause I'm not that good a 4X games <img src="http://images.stardock.com/gc2/T_DL/smiles/Smile.gif" border=0 align="absmiddle
