u ever find a fix? I have a problem where I am the only player online. even though I know more are online it never finds them.

I can't find anybody in ironclad online, me and a friend are trying to play soe trinity and can't. He is not found as a valad name for a friend and his game down't exist when I search for it and it always says only one player online. what is wrong?
