Can't view all skins made by one author... in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

It's probably due to a slow connection, but is there any way to fix this!? Every time I try to open a page containing all skins made by 1 author, the page starts opening, but after a minute it says "the web page cannot be displayed". Someone help, please!
