What does Super Manipulator ability really do? in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I was fascinated by Darth tech tree especially for the War Profiteering. But, i don't get what's special about the Super Manipulator ability. I can get the same but even more benefit with Super Diplomat ability. I even make custom race that use Super Breeder one and i can still wreak havoc just fine on Suicidal. So, is there any special benefit to Super Manipulator that can't be used elsewhere?

Battling Tech Victory on Suicidal in Galactic Civilizations II GalCiv2 Forums

I have tried to win on Suicidal Victory for a while, now. I use the easiest strategy that I think will work that is to use Drath Tech (War profiteering) and one by one I Will pick the strongest and the weakest race aside to join in my alliance. But always before I can marry them all the strongest race will reach Tech Victory first. I have tried to make all race constantly at war with each other (including minor races) and I usually succeed in allying 50% races of the races when the game ends.
