Ahh..the wasted days of our lives... Ahem... ~Barry singing with feeling~ "Meeeeeeemories...." ;)

When possible, slip in morale productions. I generally always build the entertainment network, since it costs so little to maintain and gives you so much bang for the buck. I think the consensus around here is the Virtual Reality Center is too expensive to build. Hope this helps, and I know there are many here who have more suggestions. I'm still fairly new myself. :)
But, when you all reach a consensus that a good effort was made
Boy, spymaster, that really does sound like an ambassador talking! :D
There are no more Minors? Or are they broke? Or is Maso just designed to not allow very much tribute? I've never tried Maso, so I don't know. :notsure:
1.)Keep morale up. Use the Propaganda button liberally. 2.)Keep at least one ship in orbit. This does help. 3.)Build starbases with Cultural Influence boosters. If these don't work, destroy the colony! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! Umm..excuse me. A bit of evil popping out.
Vincible... Tribute!! My favorite...
Have you seen the price of gasoline lately??? LOL Couldn't resist!
Just bumping the thread so I don't have to keep looking for the link to the Fellowship site. http://home.earthlink.net/~nascarfanatic By the way, I added a "newslog". Just for fun. :)
techranger, Visit here and download the Stardock Central program. I think you may have just went to the Stardock website. http://www.galciv.com/download.asp Hope this helps.
You can cheat/cheese by repeatedly destroying and colonising your colony to get the PQ boosting colonising event. The boosted PQ remains and colonising events are repeatable.
Hmmm...sounds like a waste of time. I just take what the game gives me...and then take what the Drengin have, and then the Yor, etc. LOL
. Let's use what you have already done. I will suggest some more content.
Ray, What would you like to see? Any suggestions are welcome (and encouraged!)
The Fellowship welcomes all...of course you guys know that! If pirate life doesn't appeal to ya, drop in at our little Shire and check us out! http://home.earthlink.net/~nascarfanatic/ Just a friendly reminder from your neighbors. :)
#510 by Veteran Ray the Wanderer - 7/23/2003 3:03:35 AM No worries, Miles. You learn alot through losing.Just don't make a habit of it
I can attest to the learning through losing, Miles! By the way, what difficulty did you lose on? I bumped the difficulty up too high too quickly and got the snot beat out of me, so I dropped back. I found that actually nonproductive. I'm having a great time playing this game. There's nothing like the thrill of Dreadnaughts on Au
Okay, submitted that little Simple game. I'm going to try to up the difficulty again. Man, there is a serious difference in Simple and Normal! ;)
Wait, wait...I think I know what the deal is. (assuming you're on a PC): 1.)go to the Start button and pull up your programs. 2.)Look for Stardock Central (or it may be Stardock) You have been going to Stardock's website...that's not Stardock Central. -=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Whoops! I see I wasn't quick enough! [Message Edited]
I think you should...of course, I don't have a vote! ;p
Crap, I pasted the wrong link... http://www.galciv.com/purchase.asp Sorry :notsure:

Ray, Would you (and any other FOTR members) be interested in a very general homepage for the Fellowship? Something really simple, so it doesn't need to be updated very much that will just give the peeps some eye candy to join? Something like this? http://home.earthlink.net/~nascarfanatic/ I don't know why, but I think it's nice for the empires to have an alternate site that ties things together. If it isn't cool for anybody, please let me know and I'll take it down.
Is it just my eyesight, or does the Earth Union Empire's logo look like Smokey the Bear? :D Just kidding! I would love to see a report on trade goods. :HOT:
And then join the Fellowship Empire! http://www.galciv.com/metaverse/empires.asp?id=329 ;)
Ummm...I just click through them. ;)
Barry stumbles into the infirmary. He had been missing for a full three days, and was just now able to stagger to help. The Undead had wounded him. Their vile poisons flooded his body and caused Strep Throat to violate his very being. The physicians immediately began treating Barry with potions and spells...the most potent of the potions being the mystical "capsule of Penicillin". Barry began to improve, and slowly returned to health. -------------------------
I just submitted a 7000+ game and got credit for about a 1000 What's the deal with this scoring??? GRRR [Message Edited]
