Stardock Forums@ pw81449: You could search your disk for Fences*3 *.exe (without the space after the 3, because this website makes something funcky from 3 followed by an asterisk).

I did a complete uninstall of Fences while keeping the settings. Did a reboot of the PC and then reinstalled Fences. For the moment everything seems to work fine. I can add shortcuts to fences again, and create Fences. Thanks!

I tried different things like unlocking the fences, disabling roll-up, repositioning the fence to another empty space on the desktop. Nothing seems to help. I can't even create a new fence, no empty one and no fence of existing shortcuts.

I upgraded from version 3.x to version 4.0.0.3 and now I can't add shortcuts to my fences. If I drag a shortcut over one of the fences, it gets placed on the desktop behind the fence.
