The background color of the application window. Test using Notepad.exe. The background of Notepad.exe seems to change according to a style chosen. If Notepad is added to the per application and set to "ignore this application and do not skin it", it appears everyone is ignored except for the background color of the window.

This is a suggestion that I feel should absolutely be in an alpha version especially when the point of the alpha release is for feedback.
