WinCustomize ForumsWindows is so big due to the range of programs it has. Newer versions of Linux have the wine command but it's a pain in the but and has a help file almost as big as the php4 documentation. When Linx starts making it easier to run windoiws apps on the OS they will start taking an even bigger place in the market. Besides it's a free OS and no more $200 for an upgrade. XP is good but not worth that much for an upgrade.
