Ken, Don't forget that we have to rebuild our power grid to save all the money being wasted. If we get an efficient system, they won't be making the same profit they used to becuase they will lose all that profit related to volume. They will raise the rates so they can get that new luxery liner to replace their 2 year old luxery liner. Greed is the enemy. Greed is not good and anyone preaching otherwise needs to be tarred and feathered.

Kenwas, Suppose China called up and said, we are letting you slide on the loans. There is no need to pay them back. Would we not just end up where we are because we don't make anything worth buying?
